Maximum stay is two weeks.

Check-in/out:
Check-in/out times are flexible (within reasonable bounds ^_^) if there are no other
guests.
You have to leave the room at the earliest at noon, and can get in at the latest at 1pm.
If there are other guests, you can leave your luggage in my hallway before and after
check-in/out.
Earliest arrival is 9am, latest arrival is 2am (at night).

What is provided:
- bed sheets, towels (1 extra for long hair), blankets, pillows
- refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, grill microwave (also for pizza),
water cooker, rice cooker (on demand)
- plates, bowls, glasses, cups, knives, spoons and forks
- salt, pepper, sugar, honey, tea
- coffee powder, coffee filters, milk
- washing machine and detergent
- keys

Apartment description:
- My two and a half room apartment has 71 m^2 and is shared with me.
- Sometimes when there are overlapping reservations, guests might stay in
my other room, too. In that case I would sleep in the hallway half room.
I will inform you at least a week in advance if there are other guests in
the apartment.
- The clean, spacious and comfortable private guest room has a double bed (width 180cm
about 71inches), carpet, closet, garbage can, shelves, desk, table, chairs and
a comfy sofa chair. The table is equipped for eating.
- In spring till autumn the sun shines into your room around noon.
- The bathroom is shared and clean.
- I keep the apartment, especially the bathroom, clean.
- The kitchen is only reachable through my room so you usually cannot use it.

House rules:
-Please no smoking.
-If you break something please replace it or pay for it.
-Please don't leave the windows open when you leave.
-Please don't talk while walking up or down the stairs to the appartment.
-Please keep the noise down between 22:00 in the evening and 8:00 in the morning.
-You can leave and come back any time during the night.

Prenzlauer Berg. Bars, Clubs and Restaurants are at your fingertip.
Within 300m of city train, metro and tram stations you are at a convenient traffic hot
spot, fast to reach many places in Berlin. Take just 15 min by public transport to the
important sights and later enjoy dinner and night life close to home.
You can get a real feel of Berlin by walking around beautiful Prenzlauer Berg.

About me:
I speak 中文, Español, Português, Français, English and Deutsch.
When not busy, I'm happy to chat, go dancing or party with you. I've learned about the
world of hospitability in 2001 and have hosted over 70 couchsurfers from all over the
world.
You could say, that having foreign visitors is one of my hobbies ;)
I was born in Kreuzberg in West Berlin. I can tell you some family stories about the wall and second world war.

Description of the area:
Prenzlauer Berg has a vibrant night life with restaurants, cafes and clubs.
On sunday mornings you can enjoy a brunch at Lychenerstr. and then stroll around nearby
Mitte. There you find the "Brandenburger Tor" (Startpoint of some free walking
tours of Berlin), "Unter den Linden" and several other historic sites.
The popular converted former brewery Kulturbrauerei with several clubs is just a station
or 15 min walking away.
On your way there you can visit some nice bars.

Traffic connections:
I live less than 5 min away from the U-Bahn and S-Bahn (City train) stations
"Schönhauser Allee".
With the U-Bahn underground train it's about 10-15 min to Alexander Platz.
You can get to Friedrichstr. in about 15-20 min.
The tram nr. 1 goes from Schönhauser Allee to
Hackescher Markt (11 min), Oranienburgerstr. (14 min, where the pub crawl takes place
every day) and Friedrichstr (19 min).
