Im Cafe nebenan können Sie günstig und sehr gut frühstücken. In der modernen und großen Luxus-Wohnküche stehen für Sie gekühlte alkoholfreie Getränke sowie eine NESPRESSO Kaffemaschine, Kaffee und Tee bereit.
Das gemeinsame und neue Bad verfügt über ein Fenster.

Very central located Appartement in Haidhausen, at the Bordeauxplatz and only 2 min. to the Ostbahnhof/station. All public transportation, every S-Bahn run to the center of Munich, airport, Oktoberfest and fair trade center within 10 min to reach. Airport 29 Min. with S8.
All shops, restaurants, coffeshops are within walking distance of the appartement.
Boths single rooms are furnished with a single bed, cabinet, desk and chair and the size are aprox. 10 qm . The rooms are leading to the back yard and are absolutely silent. The modern bathroom is with a window to share with the landlord (1 female). The 2 singlerooms are on the other end of the aysle, so you can have your privacy.
I offer cold alkoholfree beverages, coffee and tea for free. Breakfast in front of the House in the Coffeshop CAFIKO.
